Deliveries

General Delivery information:

We deliver every weekday

Orders received by 6pm will be delivered the following day

Deliveries will only be left if someone is home to receive it

Failed delivery:

If we are unable to deliver your order due to no one being home, the order will be returned to the shop for collection.

Special requests: If you have any specific requirements or instructions please include these in the order comments/notes during checkout.

Delivery charges:

Free delivery in Doreen, Mernda, Yarrambat, Yan Yean, Arthurs Creek and Nutfield. Minimum order value for delivery $50.00.

Returns, refunds and cancellations

If you’re not satisfied with our product for any reason, we will either replace it same day or refund the purchase price.

If we send you the wrong product, or short supply your order, we will replace it same day.

We can’t exchange or accept returns for goods ordered incorrectly, because after it’s left our control we can’t return it to stock.

You can cancel an order at any time before delivery by calling 03 9717 9912. The value of the order will remain as a credit on the customer account for use toward future purchases.
